Tiff’s Treats, the original warm cookie delivery company, is excited to celebrate the opening of their Kingwood, TX store with a special Grand Opening event with Houston Texans linebacker Whitney Mercilus. The celebration will take place on Saturday, February 23rd, 2019 from 9am to 1pm and will benefit The WithMerci Foundation, Mercilus’ non-profit organization that provides advocate services and support to families of children with disabilities and special needs. Mercilus will be at the event to sign autographs from 9am10am followed by a visit from Toro and the Texans Cheerleaders from 10am11am.

Located at 4529 Kingwood Drive, Suite 160, the new store will service the Northeast Houston suburb with Tiff’s Treats fresh, warm cookies. To celebrate opening day, the first 40 people in line at 9am will be given a $100 Tiff’s Treats gift card. All others in line at 9am will get a $10 gift card (must be 18 or older). As an opening day perk, customers will be able to purchase a dozen cookies for only $5, filled with one of Tiff’s Treats most irresistible flavors: chocolate chip, snickerdoodle or oatmeal raisin. No call-ahead orders will be taken and customers are limited to 6 boxes per person. Everyone who attends the opening day celebration will also have a chance to win free cookies for a year!

Customers are encouraged to bring a new unwrapped children’s book (ages 3-15) to donate to Easter Seals for use in their library. Everyone that contributes will get a $5 Tiff's Treats Gift Card.

“We are so excited to be opening a new store in Kingwood and to have Houston Texans, Whitney Mercilus there to celebrate with us,” said Tiffany Chen, co-founder of Tiff’s Treats. “We love the support of all of our Houston customers and are thrilled to be 10 stores strong in the Houston area!”

Tiff’s Treats will also be giving away prizes at the grand opening including gift cards donated from local area restaurants and shops, randomly inserted into boxes of cookies.

More About Tiff’s Treats
Tiff’s Treats created
the warm cookie delivery concept. Tiff’s Treats makes and delivers classic, baked-to-order cookies and brownies straight from the oven to the home or office, WARM, in about an hour. Founded in 1999, what started as two friends baking cookies at University of Texas at Austin to help fellow students get through exams has now grown to 48 stores in Texas, Georgia and Tennessee, with more than 900 employees, baking more than 100 million cookies since its inception. And the company is consistently focused on giving back: with grand opening fundraisers that fill needs for charities (and hungry bellies for Tiff's Treats fans!), Tiff’s Treats has donated $150,000 to worthy causes.
