Service Environments of Texas, Inc., which operates ServiceMaster Restore franchise (dba ServiceMaster Restoration & Cleaning) and a ServiceMaster Recovery Management Commercial Large Loss franchise (dba ServiceMaster Recovery Management) based in Kingwood, Texas, has purchased ServiceMaster Southwest based in Stafford, TX.

Brad and Linda Hollibaugh have owned and operated the ServiceMaster franchise since 1992. Brad Hollibaugh, CEO, opened his first franchise in Houston after a career in ServiceMaster Healthcare Management Services. Linda Hollibaugh, CFO, joined the business after a career in Microbiology.

Brad Hollibaugh has owned ServiceMaster Restore franchises throughout Texas, including Houston, College Station, New Braunfels, San Antonio, Austin, Waco and Killeen. In 2011, ServiceMaster awarded Brad one of the inaugural SRM (ServiceMaster Recovery Management) franchises, specializing in large and complex losses for businesses and institutions that require specialized experience, expertise and resources.  After becoming a part of the SRM team, Brad focused his energy on the SRM Commercial large loss business and Houston franchises and sold the other businesses.

ServiceMaster Southwest opened in 1992, providing Disaster Restoration services to customers in Harris and Ft. Bend Counties.  The Kingwood and Southwest offices will continue to provide high quality residential and commercial disaster restoration services across the Greater Houston area.
